Don't build with Hillcrest. Building with them was a nightmare. We loved our selection process & team, up until the point of building. We built once before & had a fantastic experience, so we thought we could do it again. We ended up having to obtain legal counsel just to finish the project & the workmanship of this home has been poor. We have had nothing but problems with windows, doors, cracks in the ceiling, drywall, plumbing leaks, ETC. I am sorry to say this I just want to save you from a bad experience. Ask our neighbors in Misty Ridge they will tell you the same thing.
They build a nice home. the process was very easy. However; it's been going on almost two years to get warranty issues taken care of. I guess; once they have your money, you become second fiddle in their process.
